General Policies

Children and infants cannot be accommodated at this B&B.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.

Pets are not allowed.

Check in is from 2.00pm until 6.00pm

Late check in requires prior approval and may attract an additional surcharge.

Check out time is no later than 10.00am.

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas but not in rooms.

Covid-19 Policy

From the 31st of December 2021 On the Deck @ Shark Bay will not accept a booking for any eligible person that is not fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or does not commit to such requirement.  Where a person makes a booking and is then unable to meet the requirement, the customer shall not be accommodated and the cancellation fee will apply.

Guests displaying covid symptoms will be required to produce a negative RATs test. If this is not forthcoming the reservation will be deemed to be cancelled as of that date.

Payment Policy

Full Payment to be at time of check in.

Payment will be accepted in cash, Visa or MasterCard. Amex is not accepted.

Each reservation needs to include details of the guests credit card.
 

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations after this date will attract  a 100% of the reservation cost.

Cancellations need to be in writing either by email or fax. In the event of a NO SHOW the full amount will be charged.
